A high temperature ,solvent free , acrylic emulsion based adhesive ,which is designed to give good tack, high bond strength, good resistance to plasticiser migration and is non staining. It is suitable for use over normal underfloor heating. It is a suitable adhesive for bonding all Amtico floor coverings to concrete, sand/cement screed , terrazo, asphalt, hardboard, plywood and smoothing compounds. A 1.5 x 5mm V notched trowel should be used and a 68kg roller . With subfloors such as asphalt , terrazo and some power floated floors we would recomend the application of a smoothing compound prior to the application of Amtico SF adhesive.
