A powerful, manoeuvrable and robust vacuum cleaner, in spite of its low weight. Yhe vacuum unit is very quiet ( only 60 dB ) and the machine has a 10 litre dust carrying capacity.

The unit can connect to the Bona buffer with a 4 metre hose, allowing freedom of movement and effective dust removal.

Bona has pioneered dust containment for hardwood floor sanding since 1995, and the Atomic DCS is the latest innovation, providing the most powerful and effective system ever. The innovative concept of the Atomic system, having a petrol powered engine outside the customer's premises, significantly increases airflow. The result is a dramatically more powerful system, providing evacuation of the dust that is generated from the entire sanding process. Mounted on a trailer, the separate dust collector is powered by a 27-HP water cooled Kawasaki engine. A 2" hose connects the sander, edger and buffer to the vacuum system located in the trailer.

The trailer is large enough to carry the sanding & edgeing machines plus all the finishing products you would need to do a complete flooring job.

The cutting edge dust fighter The world’s first antistatic abrasives for wooden floors.Our Dust Care System isn’t complete without our new abrasives, developed together with the company sia Abrasives. With our new technology the dust will release from the abrasive and the floor directly into the Dust Care unit. This improves your working environment and makes sanding much more effective as well. And of course Dust Care 8300 has the same efficient and long-lasting sanding properties as before. An aggressive cut, but mild enough not to damage the floor. Dust Care 8300 is the perfect complement to our machines and the Dust Care units.
