A hand held electronic moisture meter opertaing on the principle of non destructive impedance measurement.

Parallel co-planer electrodes are mounted on the base which during operation transmit low fequency signals into the concrete floor screed to a depth of approx 12.5mm (0.5 inch).

To carry out moisture tests simply brush from any dust from a smooth area of concrete and also from electrodes.

Switch on the Concrete Encounter CME4 and place firmly on to the surface, fully compressing the spring loaded signal enhancong contacts on the base. read the moisture content from the clear analog dial.

Please note: the CME$ is calibrated to give percentage moisture content readings on a clean , bare dust free concrete slab floor. Thus , readings taken on concrete slabs through paint , coatings , adhesives or other materials on the surface should be regarded as qualitative or comparative and quantitative.

The Concrete Encounter CMEXpert is a digital version of the Tramex Concrete Encounter CME4 hand-held electronic impedance moisture meter.

It has 4 scales: Concrete, Gypsum, CM Equivalent and a Reference scale.

To carry out moisture tests simply brush any dust from a smooth area of concrete and also from electrodes, switch on the CMEX, press it down on the surface to read the percentage moisture content in the concrete slab.

The Tramex Wood Probe is a hand-held attachment designed to take precise measurements of moisture content in wood and wood products when plugged into the CMEXpert.

The Wood Probe is easy to use, extremely accurate, giving readings in 0.1% increments over the entire measurement range.
