For wooden and cork floors, stairs, furniture and work surfaces, we recommend applying two coats of Osmo Polyx-Oil Clear. They will become hardwearing, stain resistant and easy to clean. Apart from wood, Osmo Polyx-Oil is also ideal for cork, laminated boards, OSB and unglazed ceramic tiles. With this treatment, the floor becomes water repellent and resistant to stains such as wine, beer, milk, coffee, tea, fruit juices, fizzy drinks etc. in accordance with the German Industrial Norm DIN 68861-1C. This unique surface will now be more resistant to wear and tear than other traditional parquet treatments.

Polyx-Oil has been tested in accordance with DIN 51963 at the Independant Institute Polymer Florsheim-Wicker.

For interior use - satin or matt finish - 2 coats.Natural oil/wax based microporous.

NB. Please note that 10 litre and 25 litre drums due to the weight and size are more prone to damage . If goods turn up damaged ie dinted but usable or otherwise , we will not be able to take them back for replacement or crdit. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a product as a result of a dent in a tin. If the goods turn up leaking and the delivery note has been clearly signed leaking we will replace or credit after inspection only.

The kit contains a small heated Mini-Melter (battery operated), a choice of six different coloured waxes which can be mixed together to achieve a perfect match, and a grey Scotch Brite pad. The wax is melted with the Mini Melter in small quantities and dropped into the damaged area. When fully cured the excess is planed off using the grooved handle of the Mini-Melter then any final filler residues can be removed using the small finishing pad.
