Terms and ConditionsAll orders within the UK are delivered by courier service and are charged by weight we will endeavour to send your goods by the most economical means available (to us).Small items will be sent by post and charged accordingly for postage and packing. As a guide we will charge £8.50 for delivering each parcel up to 15 kg. on a two working day delivery and £16.50 for a next working day delivery. Items over 15kg. will be charged a further 30 pence per kilo.But we will still endeavour to keep delivery charges to a minimum.NOTE:The Highlands & Islands of Scotland /Northern IrelandPost Codes IV , HS, KA27-28, KW, PA49-50, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH49-50, ZE single parcels from 1-30kg will be charged £16.50NOTE:Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands,Postcodes BT, Im, TR21-25 single parcels 1-30kg will be charged £24.25Orders valued over £400.00 excluding vat (UK) will be despatched free of carriage charge except for timber products and tiles where we will optimise the fee depending on the order. Carriage will be charged on all Timber products and tiles by quotationGrangefield will weigh your order prior to shipment in order to work out the correct shipping charge.We will endeavour to deliver your order within 48 hours if ordered before 1300 hours, if we are unable to deliver, for whatever reason we will try to contact you .The customer must ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the goods. We reserve the right to charge for returned deliveries.(tell us of any special delivery instructions)Shipping charges include handling and packaging.Damaged Goods: Must be reported within 3 days otherwise no liability can be accepted.Non delivery of goods: The company must be notified in writing if goods are not recieved within 10 days of date of invoice.Claims will not be accepted otherwise. |
