Terms and Conditions

All orders within the UK are delivered by courier service and are charged by weight we will endeavour to send your goods by the most economical means available (to us).

As a guide we will charge £9.50 for delivering each parcel up to 15 kg. on a two working day delivery and £17.50 for a next working day delivery if ordered before 12.30pm & dependant on stock. Items over 15kg. will be charged a further 50 pence per kilo.
But we will still endeavour to keep delivery charges to a minimum.
NOTE:The Highlands & Islands of Scotland /Northern Ireland
Post Codes IV , HS, KA27-28, KW, PA19-50, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH49-50, ZE single parcels from 1-10kg will be charged a minimum of £17.25 & this will increase on weigth & number of packages.
NOTE:Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands,
Postcodes BT, Im, TR21-25 single parcels 1-30kg will be charged £60.25
Carriage will be charged on all Timber products and tiles by quotation
HD Flooring ltd will weigh your order prior to shipment in order to work out the correct shipping charge.
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 96 hours (4 working days) if ordered before 12.30 hours, if we are unable to deliver, for whatever reason we will try to contact you .Next day orders are subject to the product being in stock.
The customer must ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the goods. We reserve the right to charge for returned deliveries.(tell us of any special delivery instructions)
Shipping charges include handling and packaging.
Damaged Goods: Must be reported within 3 days otherwise no liability can be accepted.
Non delivery of goods: The company must be notified in writing if goods are not recieved within 10 days of date of invoice.Claims will not be accepted otherwise.
Please note that during the Christmas period we willexperience difficulties with delivery times as most of the carriers are working at full capacity & we will be shut for the majority of the holiday season- however we will try our best to accomodate everyone, but can not guarantee deliveries as we are in the hands of our carriers.
